Strict Quality Control

Our rope nets are made of high quality 100% PE, PP, PA raw materials added with fire retardant, anti-UV additives to ensure the quality and performance of these products.

To ensure product quality, we implement key inspection throughout the whole production process including mixing, twisting, knitting and packaging links. Meanwhile, all our products are produced in line with ISO 9001 quality management system standards to ensure the product quality conforms to international standards.

In addition to production inspection, we have a QC team with over 10 years of quality control experience and establish strict quality inspection process and accountability system. All these measures ensure the quality inspection results are real and reliable and only qualified products can be delivered to customers.

Our rope nets are generally packed with plastic bags, or packed upon request for example, packed in cartons or wood pallets.

We have strict inventory management regulations including product coming in and out management, warehouse environmental health management, warehouse fire prevention management, warehouse inventory counting system and warehouse duty system. All these systems and regulations effectively guarantee inventory will not be damaged or contaminated accidentally.

Before the products leaving the factory, we will conduct before-delivery inspection to check if the packages are intact and if the products are damaged to ensure only qualified products can be delivered to our customers.
